TEA ROTA

Please bring two pints of milk on your tea making night and check from the previous week if more biscuits are required.  The cost of milk and biscuits should be taken from the money received during tea break and the balance handed to Peter Holmes.

Please arrive in good time to set up the urn and put out the mugs ( a key to the cupboard is with Ian, Shirley, Peter, Roger, Mike or me).

All items should be washed, dried and returned to the cupboard.  If the tea-towels need washing, please let Derek know.

If you cannot manage the date indicated, please arrange to swap with some one else.  If it proves impossible to swap, please let me know.
