Barnet Band were delighted to be playing to an enthusiastic audience in the packed-out church.  The sun shining in and the longer and warmer day made for a pleasant environment, and we appreciated having a few extra instrumentalists helping us to bring out the full sound of the band.  Our progarmme included music from Elgar, Britten, Vaughan Williams and Holst, along with the usual Proms favourites.
